I bought the full unlock but my courses are locked again

This can happen after reinstalling or switching devices. Open the course list (or the About screen) and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. There is no extra charge to restore.

Is my progress saved to the cloud?

No. Progress and settings are stored on the device only. Deleting the app clears them.

How do I play?

Drag back from a ball and release to shoot, like a slingshot. When a smaller number strikes a larger one it divides evenly into, the larger ball becomes the quotient. Equal numbers cancel to 1. Clear the level by reducing every target ball to 1.
